Carhartt prohibits placing logos, emblems, or designs on their products that negatively impact their brand identity. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, emblems, or designs that are obscene, vulgar, promote violence or illegal activity, or are associated with sex (including gentlemen’s clubs) and the pornography industry.
As an environmentally-conscious and socially aware brand, Carhartt reserves the right to prohibit any logos, emblems, or designs that, in its sole discretion, conflict with or undermine its brand values. Additionally, the decoration of Carhartt products with any proprietary logos, names, or marks without proper authorization or licensing from the respective organization is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited end uses include traditional retail, non-redemption and non-reward giveaways, and promotional items.
